This virtual event is being held September 29, October 1, 6 and 8 and features an agenda that addresses the best practices and processes driving the Customer Communications Management (CCM) industry.
In the Vendor Forum, the company will demonstrate its flagship solution, Messagepoint, a hybrid SaaS-based CCM product that enables organizations to both enhance customer experiences with optimized communications and increase the efficiency of managing those communications.
