Messagepoint to Showcase the Path to Modernizing Customer Communications Utilizing AI at XPLOR20

TORONTO, September 22, 2020 Messagepoint announces it will be showcasing two solutions that leverage the capabilities of the AI-powered Messagepoint Advanced Rationalization and Content Intelligence Engine, MARCIE, at XPLOR20. This virtual event is being held September 29, October 1, 6 and 8 and features an agenda that addresses the best practices and processes driving the Customer Communications Management (CCM) industry.

In the Vendor Forum, the company will demonstrate its flagship solution, Messagepoint, a hybrid SaaS-based CCM product that enables organizations to both enhance customer experiences with optimized communications and increase the efficiency of managing those communications. Messagepoint leverages AI to provide intelligent approaches to managing, authoring and optimizing content to enable maximum efficiency and impact. The solution uniquely enables marketers and customer experience and servicing teams to directly create timely, relevant, compliant and highly personalized customer-facing communications across print and digital channels.

The company also will be exhibiting its Rationalizer product, which harnesses the power of MARCIE to accelerate and simplify content migration, making it easy to get content off of legacy systems and into modern environments. Rationalizer is the only software product in the market for transforming the migration process from what has been a lengthy, expensive task to one that efficiently automates the migration and optimization of an organization’s corpus of customer communications.

Additionally, Messagepoint will be participating in the following sessions:

  • “Ask the Expert: Messagepoint,” Thursday, October 1 at 11:05 a.m. EST
  • “Improving Customer Communications With an AI-powered Content Hub,” Tuesday, October 6 at 12:00 p.m. EST. The session will be presented by Patrick Kehoe, executive vice president, product management at Messagepoint. Attendees will learn how to migrate legacy content, drive consistency across disparate channels and languages, automate the content optimization process, and increase content management efficiency.
