As Founder and CEO, Steve leads Messagepoint’s strategic direction and operations. With over 20 years of experience helping Fortune 1000 customers transform how they communicate with their customers, Steve is widely recognized as a leading expert on the design, development and management of enterprise-class customer communications. He uses this expertise to continually drive innovation across the Messagepoint solution while generating the best possible results for customers. Steve has a B.A.Sc. (Systems Design Engineering) and M.A.Sc. (Management Sciences – Information Systems) from the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo ON.
As Messagepoint’s Chief Financial Officer, Daren is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy. Together with his team, Daren ensures strong financial management to allow for profitable growth. Prior to joining Messagepoint, Daren held CFO roles at other high growth public and private IT companies over the past 15 years including OnX Enterprise Solutions and Doxim. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a CPA, CA designation.
Pam brings over 20 years of experience leading high performing B2B software marketing teams. Together with her team, she leads go-to-market strategy for Messagepoint. Pam has extensive experience in bringing new products to market, corporate branding, product marketing and demand generation through years of working in the trenches of start-up software organizations. Prior to joining Messagepoint, Pam was SVP, Marketing for Densify—a leading cloud optimization analytics solution, and has held marketing leadership roles at Compuware, Changepoint and Hummingbird. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from York University.
As CRO, Daron leads Messagepoint’s sales and business solutions teams to drive revenue for the company. Daron has 20+ years of enterprise sales and leadership experience working with customer communications and business process automation technology firms. Prior to joining Messagepoint Daron was CRO for Data-Bridge.ai, a startup No-Code tech firm specializing in healthcare data integration and analytics for value based care. His experience as President of US operations at Elixir technology and strategic sales roles with Printsoft and Quadient position Daron to lead global sales for Messagepoint supporting our continued growth here in the US and abroad. As VP of Healthcare for Messagepoint from 2014 – 2019 he helped architect our Healthcare Touchpoint Exchange solution and led our go-to-market strategy. Daron’s understanding of technology, client business processes and workflows is key to helping clients rethink their business, solve critical challenges, and deliver valuable outcomes.
Chris Miller has spent more than 22 years in product management and development, working closely with customers globally to build a broad range of both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions. Based in Messagepoint’s Toronto headquarters, Chris helps to set Messagepoint’s strategic direction and roadmap for the Messagepoint product line. Chris brings a global perspective and understanding to building great products; he has lived and worked in Canada, the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Messagepoint, Chris took a leadership role in guiding the direction of product lines for Symantec, Sage, and Eloqua. Chris is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
Patrick Kehoe has over 25 years of experience delivering business solutions for document processing, customer communications, and content management. As EVP of Product Management, Patrick drives product strategy and messaging in collaboration with Product Development. Prior to joining Messagepoint, Patrick was Worldwide Head of OpenText Exstream. He has managed, architected, and delivered comprehensive solutions, including BPO for customers in healthcare, financial services, banking, manufacturing, and retail/distribution markets. Patrick has an acute understanding of how to achieve results by focusing on the customer, identifying the problem, and applying the appropriate technology.
Drew is an accomplished Human Resources Leader who has enjoyed impressive results working as a strategic HR Business Partner. In his role at Messagepoint, Drew’s focus is the development and implementation of the corporate Human Resources strategy and roadmap. Drew held a number of senior HR leadership roles with two global, industry-leading technology companies, Sun Microsystems and Compaq, and also with smaller Canadian companies. Throughout his career, he always maintained a continuing commitment to learn and understand the needs of the business and subsequently develop and execute an effective HR strategy that translates executive goals and vision into operational programs and strategies. A graduate of McGill University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a Major in Industrial Relations.
John brings more than 25 years of professional services and sales experience in the enterprise software and services industry. Prior to joining Messagepoint, Nitti led Professional Services for several software companies. In 2002 he joined Exstream Software (now part of OpenText) as VP of Professional Services. He played several key roles in management for Exstream in Customer Delivery as well as head of Sales for Diversified Services. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Saggezza, a global technology solution provider.
Ian is an executive consultant and independent director with 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He has proven expertise in mentoring and developing high performance sales and marketing organizations, organizational planning, business and strategic planning and product management and development. Most recently Ian was President & Chief Executive Officer as well as a Board member with Certicom Corp.
Roger is a Managing Partner at Volition Capital, and focuses on investments in software and technology-enabled business services. Prior to helping found Volition Capital in 2010, Roger was a partner at Fidelity Ventures where he focused on early growth equity investments. Roger was also a partner at Apax Partners, focused primarily on investments in enterprise software and technology-enabled services. Before that, he worked for GE Capital and was a Vice President of GE Equity, where he played a key role in developing the technology group’s investment strategy for business-to-business electronic commerce. Roger received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Syracuse University in 1987 and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.
