Certifications

Messagepoint obtains a SOC 2 Type 2 report and a SOC 3 report annually after completion of audits conducted by PwC in accordance with criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). These audits cover the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls relevant to Security, Availability, Confidentiality and Privacy and provide assurance that Messagepoint’s service commitments and system requirements were achieved as further described in the reports.
