SOC 2
Messagepoint obtains a SOC 2 Type 2 report and a SOC 3 report annually after completion of audits conducted by PwC in accordance with criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). These audits cover the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls relevant to Security, Availability, Confidentiality and Privacy and provide assurance that Messagepoint’s service commitments and system requirements were achieved as further described in the reports.

STAR Level One
Founded in 2013 by the Cloud Security Alliance, the Security Trust Assurance and Risk (STAR) registry encompasses key principles of transparency, rigorous auditing, and cloud security and privacy best practices. Messagepoint has attained the STAR Level One security self-assessment based on the Cloud Controls Matrix and the CSA Code of Conduct for GDPR Compliance.
