Messagepoint is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded its second annual user conference, Content Centricity 2018, held at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) Bell Lightbox in Toronto, Canada.
During the event, held June 12-13, Messagepoint users came together to learn about best practices and participate in forward-thinking discussions on how to reinvent their customer communications, and accelerate digital transformation from leading experts including Mitch Joel and Megan Burns.
The conference was designed to offer best practices, inspiration and support on how businesses can leverage Messagepoint to help make compelling content the center of their customer communications strategy for improved customer experiences.
“Our goal with Content Centricity 18 was to provide a forum for our customers and guests to learn from Messagepoint’s own subject matter experts and respected industry thought leaders—as well as from one another,” said Steve Biancaniello, CEO, Messagepoint. “The event exceeded every goal we had set for engagement and content. We truly appreciate the time our customers and partners from around the globe spent with us discussing their content experiences.”
Some of the Content Centricity 18 highlights included:
Mitch Joel, world-renowned marketer and author, delivered a thought-provoking keynote outlining how consumers have adopted technology in a way that has fundamentally changed how they buy and interact with businesses, and how, in response, organizations must now become “digital leaders” to satisfy their customers’ growing demands.
Megan Burns, an expert in Customer Experience (CX) and human behavior, shared how today’s business culture glorifies logic and data, but that the essence of human experience—including CX—is emotion.
Kaspar Roos, a leading expert, consultant, and recognized thought-leader in the CCM space, presented his vision of how the CCM industry will unfold over the years to come, and how managing content automation and intelligence separately will result in better omnichannel orchestration and customer experience.
Messagepoint’s EVP of Product, Patrick Kehoe, showcased some of the Messagepoint platform’s exciting new features and integrations immediately available to customers.
Jeff Janssen, Senior Product Manager, demonstrated how Messagepoint’s latest innovations make Salesforce even more powerful, and how the Messagepoint platform has been enhanced specifically to help users to leverage the Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud to activate their content—wherever it needs to go.
