Messagepoint to Showcase AI-powered Solutions for Streamlining Borrower Communications at MBA’s Servicing Solutions Conference & Expo

TORONTO, February 18, 2022 – Messagepoint will exhibit at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Servicing Solutions Conference & Expo to showcase its AI-powered solutions that help mortgage servicers maximize the efficiency of borrower communications management across all channels. The conference, held in Orlando, Florida, February 22-25, is the premier event for mortgage loan servicers to discover new products and solutions that will take their business to a new level.

In Booth 17, the company will demonstrate Messagepoint, its cloud-based customer communications management (CCM) product that empowers non-technical operations and communications teams, enabling them to regain control over borrower communications and accelerate time to market. Messagepoint acts as an intelligent content hub that centralizes the management of content for all communications channels such as print, email, SMS, web, mobile apps, chatbot, social media, and interactive voice response/intelligent virtual assistant (IVR/IVA). The company will also be featuring Rationalizer, which applies the MARCIE AI-engine to migrating content from legacy formats and systems into modern customer communications environments, including Messagepoint.
