Prinova launches the Messagepoint® production partner program for service providers

March 23, 2016, Toronto, ON – Prinova Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, today announced the launch of the Messagepoint Production Partner Program.  The program is tailored specifically to print, marketing and application service providers, as well as business process outsourcers. It is designed to accelerate and simplify the addition of Messagepoint’s capabilities to their mix of customer offerings.

“Service providers now have access to a powerful platform that gives their clients the freedom to quickly create, edit, modify and test content and messages to be used in their customer communications,” says Jamie Harris, VP of global MP production partners.  “This enables service providers to boost customer satisfaction by improving time to market.  It also saves them money and helps them scale, by reducing IT involvement in getting communications into production.”

The MP Production Partner Program provides two options:

  • The Downstream Customer model allows for the self-management of content and rules
  • The Managed Services model allows partner teams to manage content on behalf of their clients, while enabling proofing and approvals from the customer

The program provides pricing options for service providers of all sizes with models built to meet their specific needs.

Messagepoint is a hybrid cloud customer communications management (CCM) platform that works with print composition technologies, as well as digital channels.  It is a powerful solution for enabling business users and marketers to create and manage personalized and targeted communications across channels, minimizing the need for expensive composition developer and IT resources.
