Messagepoint Shares Expertise on the Power of Omni-channel Communications to Drive ROI at the Digital Marketing for Financial Services Summit in New York

TORONTO, November 11, 2019 – Messagepoint, Inc. is participating in the 6th Annual Digital Marketing for Financial Services Summit, being held November 12-13 at the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, New York. The summit, attended by financial services executives across North America, offers expertise from financial services thought leaders and professionals on the key trends and issues financial marketers need to adopt to boost customer loyalty and revenues. Messagepoint’s EVP of product management, Patrick Kehoe, is a speaker at the event discussing what’s behind successful omni-channel customer communications. Additionally, Kehoe will be participating as a panelist with other industry experts sharing expertise on how to bridge the gap between data and actionable insights to deliver a higher level of client value as well as profits.

Kehoe’s presentation, “Industry Expert: How to Avoid the Common Pitfalls that Plague Omnichannel Customer Communications,” is on Tuesday, November 12 at 2:10 p.m. Understanding that many organizations fall victim to common pitfalls as they pursue the digital transformation of customer communications, Kehoe will share the best practices for communication strategies, content management and change management critical to the successful transformation and delivery of omnichannel communications programs.

Kehoe, along with Kate Magaram, vice president, digital investment product manager at Citizens Bank Wealth Management, and Paul Andrukonis, director of digital personalization at CITI, will participate as a panelist in “Panel: Turning Data Analytics into ROI – How to Monetize Customer Data and Enable Better Digital Marketing” on Tuesday, November 12 at 2:40 p.m. This panel discussion will feature the steps important in implementing predictive analytics to improve optimization, targeting and customer experience across channels.
