Messagepoint Integrates SparkPost with its Leading CCM Platform

Messagepoint Inc. today announced a partnership with SparkPost, one of the world’s leading email delivery providers. The partnership includes an integration with the SparkPost platform, offering customers the ability to connect its cloud email delivery service with Messagepoint’s omnichannel CCM solution to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

The newly-formed partnership will allow Messagepoint customers to benefit from SparkPost’s real-time analytics and unmatched delivery to the inbox, and customers will have the ability to develop contextual, highly-individualized multichannel communications spanning the entire customer journey.
