How document automation helps MAOs take back their summer

Yes, it’s true. This Medicare Advantage Organization (MAO) employee enjoyed time off with her family this summer. She spent a long weekend by the lake with her kids—something unheard of in the past.

The demands of her job used to dominate her summer months.
