TORONTO, November 12, 2021 – Messagepoint Inc. announces Patrick Kehoe, executive vice president, product management, will be presenting an educational session, “How to Deliver Governance and Compliance to the Business,” on Tuesday, November 16 from 2:30-2:55 p.m. EST at XPLOR21. The annual conference, focusing on “The Future of Customer Communications,” takes place from November 16-18 in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Kehoe’s presentation covers how to leverage more intelligent ways of managing content to drive efficiency, ensure compliance and achieve deeper personalization across all channels by employing a modern approach to content management across both print and digital touchpoints. Outlining how to optimize current workflows to streamline collaboration and approval processes, Kehoe will share with attendees the steps needed to make the shift from a document-centric to a modularized content management approach. He will also cover best practices for centrally managing and re-using componentized content in order to enable a content curation approach to authoring, taking communications management to the next level.
“Xplor events are known for delivering high-quality educational content and we are excited to be a part of this conference,” said Kehoe. “The world we live in is changing significantly and the model we are used to as document professionals needs to change along with it, so we are looking forward to sharing Messagepoint’s perspective on the steps we need to take to manage our content in a different way.”
