TORONTO, June 20, 2025 – Messagepoint announced today the appointment of Jen Trewick in the role of director, strategic customer programs and business development for Messagepoint’s healthcare business.
Trewick will lead strategic customer programs related to Messagepoint’s Healthcare Touchpoint Exchange and customer experience solutions. In addition, Trewick will spearhead business development efforts to grow Messagepoint’s healthcare presence across product and market segments through strategic customer and partner relationships.
Most recently, Trewick held the position of principal product manager for regulated communications at Toppan Merrill, a global provider of technology and service expertise to support financial and healthcare clients. Her responsibilities included overseeing product strategy, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance alignment and customer engagement across dynamic publishing and collaboration solutions. She also led large-scale delivery of annual enrollment period (AEP) documents and pioneered processes that significantly enhanced content accuracy and throughput.
“Jen brings significant achievements in managing complex member materials and communications for customers in the healthcare space,” said Daron Domino, CRO at Messagepoint. “Her extensive background leading strategic initiatives supporting regulated communications for health plans uniquely positions her to drive customer success and expansion in the healthcare space. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Messagepoint team.”
Each year, Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs) face tight timeframes and intense pressure from May to September to generate documents for each of their plans, based on CMS model documents. The Messagepoint Healthcare Touchpoint Exchange is a modern, SaaS solution purpose-built to alleviate the burden of creating, updating and translating CMS compliance materials, including Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Evidence of Coverage (EOC), Summary of Benefit (SB) and other documents. The solution enables MAOs to reduce overall time and effort by 70%, reduce the cost of document creation by 40% and reduce translation effort by up to 80%, creating English and Spanish document versions at the same time without delays.
“I’m excited to join Messagepoint at such a pivotal time in the evolution of healthcare communications,” said Trewick. “Messagepoint’s Healthcare Touchpoint Exchange represents the future of compliant, efficient member communications and I look forward to helping healthcare organizations take full advantage of its potential.”
