Prinova to Present at Xplor 2014

Prinova’s Nick Romano and Steve Biancaniello to discuss how to centralize your CCM strategy with an effective Center of Excellence

Toronto, ON – Prinova Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, today announced that CEO Nick Romano and EVP of Professional Services, Steve Biancaniello will present at Xploration® 14 (Xplor), the customer communications conference, which runs from Tuesday March 25th to Thursday, March 27th at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive in Orlando, Florida.

In the presentation, entitled “Centralize your CCM strategy with an effective center of excellence”, Romano and Biancaniello will discuss some of the customer communications challenges that companies are facing, what’s in a Center of Excellence (COE), the benefits of establishing a COE, as well as best practices and important strategies to consider in planning and building a world class document COE.

The presentation begins at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, March 26th in Salon G and both Romano and Biancaniello will be available post session to discuss how Prinova’s products and services can assist with establishing and maintaining a world-class COE
